Here’s a garden retreat that had a lot to offer all ages complete with a winding path through ponds, bridges, and no shortage of shade trees. You don’t need to be an avid vintage car enthusiast to enjoy this collection of 17 various motor vehicles from the glory days of America. It’s free to visit and donations are always appreciated, however, the staff is very friendly and informative if you have any questions about these old cars. It’s also just a couple-minute walk from the historical Parker County Courthouse, so you can easily squeeze in this near-freebie highlight!
It might be considered the best little wine house in Texas which is exactly an understatement. It might be small in comparison to some wineries, but it does offer six different wines to sample at its vineyard/Inn. While the museum is rather small, it’s jam-packed with artistic samples that come from Western America, Mexico, and Central America.
