The first all-inclusive resort that we’ll be taking a look at is the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa. The resort features staggeringly large rooms that feature some of the most incredible views that can be found from any building on the island of Puerto Rico. All of the rooms are finely decorated and feature a modern style. Each room’s balcony features a stunning view of some area of Puerto Rico, whether it’s the ocean or the El Yunque Rainforest.
One of the best things about staying at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa is that it’s located in an area where there’s plenty of stuff for visitors to go out and explore. In addition to the amenities of the resort themselves, tourists can also leave the resort and explore the nearby areas of San Juan, which is the island’s capital. The capital has both newly renovated and historical sections that can provide unique experiences for visitors. Of course, another great thing to do while staying at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa is to take a trip out to the aforementioned El Yunque Rainforest. La Concha Resort
As compared to the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa, the La Concha Resort offers tourists to Puerto Rico a little bit more local flavor. The resort is located in Condada, which is an area of Puerto Rico that’s known for it’s plentiful nightlife. You can spend all day relaxing at the resort’s beach, and then head into town at night to have the time of your life! The resort itself offers all the amenities that you would expect from an all-inclusive resort, but with some added Puerto Rican flavor. There are numerous dining options offering both Puerto Rican fare and other world cuisine, including sushi. The most popular on-site restaurant at the La Concha Resort is Perla, and it serves seafood.
Villa Montana
Villa Montana is another exceptionally fancy resort on the island of Puerto Rico, with Villa Montana being a slightly better option for couples while the La Concha Resort is better for families. The resort is located within the municipality of Isabela, and occupies nearly 40 acres of beautiful Puerto Rican land! There is over three miles of beachfront property available for visitors to stay in, with each of the resort’s rooms and villas being gorgeously decorated with furnishings that create a decidedly relaxing atmosphere.

One of the more popular of the resort’s on-site restaurants goes by the name of Breezy, and features an outdoor dining area.
Gran Melia Golf Resort
The appeal of the Gran Melia Golf Resort should be simple to deduce. However, the all-inclusive Puerto Rican resort has plenty more to offer it’s visitors than just golf! The resort is one of the closest to the San Juan airport, meaning that visitors to the Gran Melia Golf Resort won’t need to wait very long before arriving at their resort destination when travelling by plane. In addition to golfing, the resort also offers such activities as tennis and dance lessons. Another great appeal of the resort is inarguably it’s tropical surroundings.
The Gran Melia Golf Resort provides a very soothing atmosphere to it’s guest, and features three separate restaurants offering Puerto Rican food, Italian food, and Asian food, respectively. There’s also a pool-bar. While the Gran Melia Golf Resort is certainly going to appeal to visitors predominantly because of it’s golfing, visitors that don’t have much of an interest in the sport will still enjoy their stay.

Copamarina Beach Resort and Spa
Located in Guanica, the Copamarina Beach Resort and Spa is a real-life tropical paradise that offers it’s guest nearly a mile of private and pristine beach, as well as 20 acres of unprecedentedly gorgeous tropical wilderness. The snorkeling around the sparkling waters of the Copamarina Beach Resort and Spa’s beach is phenomenal. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of amenities for visitors! The resort offers some unique dining options with an emphasis on local sustainability. The Restaurant Alexandra and Las Palmas Café both strive to offer a farm-to-table experience for eaters.
El Conquistador Resort
The El Conquistador Resort is an all-inclusive resort that is located on the tiny Palomino Island, which is a little island just off the east coast of the greater Puerto Rico. Staying at this little island resort can be a treat for guests, as the location is incredible and the resort itself doesn’t skimp whatsoever in terms of it’s numerous amenities.
There are seven pools at the resort, as well as horseback riding, snorkeling lessons, and guided tours. While the resort’s numerous amenities and tropical scenery make it a great location for families, the resort also offers some romantic packages that make it a great option for couples looking for a place to stay in Puerto Rico. Couples can share a spa day and then have a romantic dinner with a view!
Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve
As the resort’s slightly odd name suggests, Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, is an all-inclusive resort owned and overseen by the Ritz-Carlton brand of luxury hotels. Of course, as one might surmise based on this association, Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve is pretty fancy! The resort spans 50 acres of land, making it one of the biggest resorts located on the island of Puerto Rico. The resort has it’s own strip of private beach, and some giant rooms!
Even the smallest room at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve is nearly 1,000 square feet, while it’s biggest available villa has five bedrooms. The rooms at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve are so beautiful that you may never want to leave! However, there’s so much else to do at and around the resort that you’ll be remiss to waste your days inside. The private beach is certainly one of the most impressive parts of Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, though there’s also plenty else to do and see. There’s golf, a spa, cooking classes, and numerous gourmet restaurants.
San Juan Marriott
The San Juan Marriott is another all-inclusive resort that’s owned by a notable hotel brand. This time, that brand is Marriott. Marriott brings the same level of care to this resort as it does to it’s numerous hotels, and the results are astounding. The resort is located right on Condada Beach, meaning this is once again a resort that offers a close proximity to Condada’s bustling nightlife. The resort is particularly close to the aforementioned historic area of San Juan, which is known as Old San Juan. Of course, the San Juan Marriott offers plenty of great amenities for guests, including a heated outdoor pool and a state-of-the-art gym. The rooms are all beautiful and all offer different, gorgeous views of the surrounding island’s beautiful scenery.
Hilton Ponce Golf and Casino Resort
Finally, let’s take a look at one last all-inclusive resort that’s maintained by a notable hotel brand. The Hilton Ponce Golf and Casino Resort is unique for two reasons, and both of those reasons can be deduced by simply looking at the resort’s name! The Hilton Ponce Golf and Casino Resort offers a 27-hole golf course to it’s visitors, as well as a decidedly large casino that features numerous games and slot machines. The Hilton Ponce Golf and Casino Resort is located towards the south of Puerto Rico, and it’s private strip of the island’s southern beach is absolutely beautiful.
Amenities besides the golf course and casino include such traditions as the gym and the spa, and family packages are offered that ensure all family members will have a great time!
