This Chinese cuisine food truck turned North Austin restaurant is brought to you by chef Julie Hong, and she is dishing out the most wonderfully thick, chewy, and mesmerizing noodle dishes. Julie’s noodle soups are just what the doctor ordered on colder days or when you need a little pick-me-up. The lamb stew is especially pleasing.
